Our Support Services

At Allabilities Cares, we believe that every person deserves support that is flexible, reliable, and built around their individual goals. Our range of NDIS support services is designed to make daily life easier, open up new opportunities, and provide the confidence to live with greater independence.

Supported Independent Living

We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) options that are tailored to your lifestyle and support needs. Whether you need help with daily routines, personal care, or learning to live more independently, our team ensures that your home environment is safe, welcoming, and empowering.

Our SIL support focuses not only on daily assistance but also on helping you build life skills, develop confidence, and enjoy the comfort of living in a space that feels truly your own.

Community Nursing Care

Our qualified nurses provide expert health support to participants with ongoing medical needs. This includes wound care, medication management, health monitoring, and chronic condition support.

We deliver this care with a personal touch, ensuring that participants feel safe, respected, and well-supported in their health and wellbeing at home or in the community.

Daily Personal Activities

We assist with daily tasks such as showering, grooming, dressing, and eating to ensure participants can carry out routines with dignity and comfort.

Our approach is flexible — supporting you to manage these activities independently where possible, while offering practical help whenever needed.

High Intensity Personal Activities

For participants with higher or complex needs, we provide High Intensity Personal Activities support. This may include specialised feeding, complex bowel care, tracheostomy support, or other health-related tasks that require skilled assistance.

Our trained staff deliver this care with professionalism and compassion, giving participants and families confidence that safety and wellbeing always come first.

Household Tasks

We support participants with day-to-day household responsibilities such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general upkeep.

Our team works alongside you to create a clean and organised living environment, while also encouraging skill-building for those who wish to take a more active role in managing their home.

Support Coordination

Navigating the NDIS can be challenging. Our Support Coordination service helps participants understand their plan, connect with suitable providers, and manage their supports effectively.

We aim to give you greater control, helping you make informed choices and build the confidence to manage your supports independently over time.

Development of Life Skills

We help participants build essential skills such as cooking, budgeting, communication, and time management. These supports are tailored to your goals and delivered at your pace.

By focusing on practical learning, we empower you to live more independently, gain confidence, and achieve a higher level of self-reliance in everyday life.

Accommodation and Tenancy

Our Accommodation and Tenancy support assists participants in exploring housing options, securing tenancy agreements, and understanding rental responsibilities.

We also provide ongoing guidance to help maintain a stable and positive living arrangement, ensuring your home continues to meet your needs.

Access and Maintain Employment

We offer assistance in preparing for, finding, and keeping meaningful employment. This includes help with applications, workplace readiness, and on-the-job support.

Our aim is to build confidence, independence, and opportunities for growth through sustainable employment.

Community Participation

We support participants to get involved in recreational, social, and cultural activities within their community. This might include attending events, joining clubs, or taking part in group activities.

With our support, participants can enjoy new experiences, meet people, and strengthen community connections.

Innovative Community Participation

Through Innovative Community Participation, we encourage participants to engage in activities that build skills in unique and creative ways. This may include art, music, technology, or other innovative programs.

These activities are designed to build independence, confidence, and a greater sense of purpose while opening doors to new opportunities.

Group and Centre-Based Activities

Our group and centre-based activities provide safe, inclusive spaces where participants can enjoy social interaction, skill development, and recreational activities.

These programs are designed to encourage friendship, teamwork, and learning in a supportive and engaging environment.

Travel and Transport

We provide assistance with transport to appointments, community activities, work, or education.

Our transport support ensures participants can travel safely and reliably, giving them the confidence and freedom to access the opportunities that matter most to them.
